Escape to paradise with this vibrant, tropical smoothie bowl bursting with color and flavor. Packed with antioxidant-rich dragonfruit, berries, mango, and creamy yogurt, this recipe is as beautiful as it is nourishing. With its naturally bright pink hue and a medley of refreshing fruits, it's the perfect feel-good breakfast or post-workout pick-me-up.

This recipe makes two 18-ounce smoothie bowls.

strawberries, sliced bananas, coconut milk, dragonfruit, raspberries & mango chunks

 Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup frozen pink dragonfruit (pitaya) chunks

  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

  • 2 sliced frozen bananas

Instructions:

  1. Add the frozen dragonfruit, strawberries, mango chunks, raspberries, banana, chia seeds, and Greek yogurt to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
